The Office Manager assists the Senior Pastor by coordinating communication between ministry team leaders, staff, volunteers, and members. This is a key role that assists with the care of 13,000+ members and coordinates between the church’s ministries, volunteers, employees, and vendors.
The Office Manager provides administrative and clerical support, including drafting correspondence, appointment scheduling, organizing files, answering the phone, and managing programs for the Office of the Senior Pastor.
People and Culture Manager (HR)
The People & Culture Leader is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of culture, succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
The People & Culture Leader provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors. The People & Culture Leader creates concepts and adaptive systems to ensure the organization has internal leadership, talent practices, and culture in place to achieve its mission of growing people
