BABY DEDICATION
Do you have a child between 6 weeks – 24 months? If so, we would love to celebrate with you as you embark on this awesome journey of parenthood! Baby Dedication is a time of praise, a time of petition, a time of presentation, and a time of purpose according to the word of God. Baby Dedication is not baptism, but is instead a public expression of your desire to follow God and raise your child to love Jesus. By choosing to have your child dedicated, you are making a declaration that your child belongs to God and you are committed to teaching biblical values to your family. You are also inviting the church community to be a part of your child’s faith journey and spiritual development. For more information, contact cradlelove@brownbaptist.org.

WATER BAPTISM
Water Baptism is a next step for ALL believers of any age and any denominational background. Water Baptism doesn’t save you; it’s an act of obedience and a symbol of salvation (1 Peter 3:21). It is the outward expression of an inward reality. It’s a public declaration of how Jesus has changed your life. Being baptized shows others that you’ve decided to follow Jesus and allows them to celebrate this decision with you (Acts 16:31-34).
