Pastor Jeffery Jackson

jefferyAssociate Pastor Children

Born in Alexander City, Alabama, Minister Jeff Jackson is the son of Billy Wayne and the late Della Jackson. With a degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama, Minister Jackson has enjoyed a career in Information Technology, holding various positions at Hallmark Cards, The National Association of Insurance Commissioners, and the United States Postal Service. But despite his successful life career, Minister Jackson’s desire to serve was too powerful to resist God’s calling to ministry. So he dedicates his time to both, serving as a Program Manager with the US Postal Service and as Children’s Pastor at Brown Baptist.

Besides being the Children’s Pastor, Minister Jackson also serves in other ministries such as AWANA, Sunday School, Nursing Home Ministry, Prison Ministry, Homeless Ministry, and the Mission Team. He is also the founder of When Lambs Cry Ministries and facilitates parenting workshops to assist parents in nurturing the next generation.

While his involvement in the ministry is demanding, Minister Jackson always finds adequate time to spend with his wife Linda, their daughters, Olivia and Chloe, and their son, Benjamin. Outside of work and ministry, Minister Jackson enjoys sports (Roll Tide!) and is an avid runner.
